Federico Puccioni is a marketplace and platform operator. He spent seven years at Catawiki (2016–2022) as VP/GM Europe — scaling Italy from €0 to €17M GMV, managing €50M+ GMV across 15 European markets, with full P&L ownership, a 50-person organisation, and a 40% reduction in cost-to-serve while the business scaled 10x.
Since 2023, through Cubic Consult, he has worked with founders as a fractional and interim operator and advisor — on market entry, post-raise execution, and operational scale-up.
He is based in Rome and available for fractional and interim engagements across Italy and Europe
